OneDigital Investment Advisors announced that it is acquiring the Chicago-based Retirement Benefits Advisors division of Wintrust Investments. According to the release, the transaction brings $2.6 billion in advisory assets representing over 40,000 participants and 200 clients to OneDigital’s platform of over $100 billion.
