Morgan Stanley Investment Management recently converted two of its mutual funds into ETFs. With the launch of the Eaton Vance Total Return Bond ETF (EVTR) and Eaton Vance Short Duration Municipal Income ETF (EVSM), MSIM reached the milestone of $1 billion in ETF assets.
