The Columbia Research Enhanced Real Estate Fund, CRED, tracks the firm’s proprietary Beta Advantage® Lionstone Research Enhanced REIT Index following about 70-90 REITs across eight sectors, including Hotel & Resort, Residential, and Health Care REITs.
