The goal of the reorg is to make it easier for financial professionals to access advisor groups, full network of professionals and achieve greater economies of scale while reducing the legal complexities that come with having multiple legal entities. Advisor groups network comprises over 11,000 independent financial advisors working across its eight firms. Those firms will be rolled into a single entity over the next 18 to 24 months and the single entity will be newly named and rebranded later on this year.
